Cancellations and No Shows

If, for any reason, you're unable to attend your appointment, we request 24 hours notice. Should we receive less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of your service(s) total. This applies to "No Show" clients also.

Eyelash Extension Policy

If you're losing a large amount of eyelash extensions within the first 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us right away so we can try to troubleshoot why this may be happening. Any post appointment concerns must be addressed at The Beauty Lab within 72 hours of your visit.

 

Correction services are limited to business hours and subject to availability

This is NOT typical so please ensure you've been following aftercare instructions. 

 

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including allergies or excessive loss.

Groupon Clients

If you've purchased a Groupon, your services must be scheduled with the correct service provider or you may be turned away. Groupon services will be booked with Leilani or Anna. Please book your appointment as a "Groupon Brazilian Sugar or Wax" in the service options. 

 

When your Groupon expires, you are able to use the purchase price toward a regular priced Brazilian only.

Reservation fees and Credit Card Reservations

We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments. Any reservation fees paid on a reservation are strictly non-refundable or transferrable. Reservation fees are applied at checkout, when the service(s) are completed.
